Brief: To photograph the exciting work at the International Fire Training Centre in Darlington where firefighters from all over the world face challenging scenarios from multi-plane crashes to oil-rig explosions. The images were used in Serco's 2011 corporate responsibility report and "Ethos", the company's internal magazine.
